Good but could be better

Personally I use this for dispensing hot sugar into hard candy mold. The pole sticking into the silicon stopper is just a cut piece of metal with no flare if or hook on the end so it’s pretty easy for the stick to come out of the stopper reading it useless after a few pulls.I am a welder so I was able to add a nub of stainless steel at the end and shaped it like a hook so it grabs the silicon better. Works great now.

Fell apart after one batch

I bought one of these for making caramels. First batch was great and everything went smoothly. Second batch, the plastic stopper detached and the caramel went spilling everywhere. I've done everything to shove the stopper back on, but it comes off every single batch, which makes this thing useless. Waste of money.

Great Funnel good for me

This funnel has been great.I ordered 2 others and sourced several other from local bake and candy making shops.This one by far is the easiest to use, holds heat, is easy to clean and pour gummies into their molds.This is definitely the best funnel out there.

Good for other but okay for me

Although it is easy to clean and use but i was looking for little wider open area. For those who is just making drop of liquids this is good. Little heavy and price is little expensive to me. So for me overall is good but only 3 star to this.

This is a life changing for me. I make candles and it’s so messing when I pour. I just love this little gadget spill proof and clean pour.

How did I ever get along without it?

We bought this for filling small 2 to 4 ounce jars with balm. We struggled for years with a method where we had drips and overfill. This works so well that we're just ecstatic about how it's going to make our production so much easier.

Broke first time I used it.

Thought this would help with lollipop production, within 5 minutes, the silicon stopper floated out of position and poured HOT CANDY all over as it just poured out of the bottom. We were super excited about this, but it is too dangerous for hot candy usage on a large scale.

Sad buyer: broke in the first use for candy making

Had a lot of expectations for this funnel for candy making, but since the first time, the silicone plug that was supposed to stop the flowing got detached from the stop mechanism, give it another chance, and broke again. I will have to return it

Great for bottling hot sauce!

Wonderful product that I wish I had know existed a long time ago! Used this to bottle a 22 quart batch of hot sauce into 120 5 oz woozy bottles. Worked like a dream and was easy to clean!

This is a great tool.

This is a great tool. I actually use it for my small candles and wax melts. It is absolutely great for it. It does not spill the wax once the spout is closed nor does it spill when you pick it up to use. I plan to purchase more and bigger ones for the shop.

Works as described!

I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised! I used this product for filling caramel molds and it worked perfectly! It holds a fair amount of hot caramel, 12 ozs I believe, so I only had to fill it twice. The caramel stayed hot and I didn’t have any sticking issues. Cleaned up easily! Ran in hot water to melt the residue caramel then washed it in the dishwasher. I’m so glad that I purchased this!

Broke on the third candy. Not the third use.the third CANDY.

Product broke on the third pull of the trigger. I made exactly two candied before the plunger disconnected and all my candy filling came pouring out, ruining a full tray of chocolate and making 2 other trays a sloppy mess with candy filling all around the underside of the molds and having to decide between working through the mess or throwing out almost 2lbs of already molded Belgian chocolate. This thing cost me at least $50 in lost time and product. Unacceptable.

Not for making candy

This thing was great the first time I made caramels, it dispensed perfectly. Today I used it again and the stopper came off, spilling my caramel. There is nothing holding the stopper on, the metal rod is just pushed into it. Honestly this is the most garbage product I have ever used. It's so disappointing to spend that long making caramel just to have sloppy end results due to your bad product.

Where Have You Been.

I ordered this as I make toffee at Christmas and wanted a more uniform candy than I usually get. This funnel coupled with silicone molds was perfect. It exceeded my expectations in performance. I ordered one for my sister as I was so happy with it.
