These mirrors are good value for money. I installed them on my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. The mirrors will rise up if you just screw them on. I solved this problem by putting about 5/8" and 1/4" washers on the top stud before screwing them on. However, this created a gap between the plastic and the door on the top. I carefully heated the plastic with a heat gun and glued it to the door. The problem is solved. If you do this, make sure you use a heat gun (not a hair dryer) and open the window all the way so the heat doesn't crack the glass. They look great and don't wobble at all when driving on the interstate. If you want the backup LEDs to work, you'll need to run the grey-white wire through the door and tie it to the reversing lights (the light green wire comes out of the brown connector on the distribution block under the dash (see YouTube video) Yellow lights on Mirrors, they only work with a turn signal, no running / parking lights.
