I badly hyperextended my right knee years ago, and I’ve had pain and weakness in it since then. When I first put the compression sleeve on (bare skin), it seemed to fit pretty well. However, as soon as I started walking the top rolled down, and it felt like it was digging into my leg. I tried adjusting it, but even though the top has the gripper inside, it still rolled down. I decided to try the sleeve over a pair of leggings to see if it would make a difference. Unfortunately it did not. Once the top of the sleeve rolls down, it’s so tight that it’s painful. These might work well for someone with firmer, more muscular legs, but they didn’t work at all for me.
