First off, the only thing that is packaged separately is a tool to install/remove these nuts. All other nuts are in a separate bag and bang against each other. I noticed small chips on a few nuts. The two bags are separated from each other by bubble wrap, I don't know why this shipping method was chosen. GM SS wheels. If you look straight on from the side you can see that GM didn't paint the whole wheel behind the nuts. These black nuts show more of the unpainted area. At a normal angle, the unpainted area will not be visible. These nuts are also about 25 grams lighter than the standard solid nuts. They feel almost too small for the bike and tightening them to the recommended 140lb/ft was an unsettling experience. The tool has seven contact surfaces for gripping these lug nuts and I have not noticed any surface wear after tightening. Overall for the price they would be good for road use but hard track use might be overkill as the contact patch seems to be reduced compared to stock wheels.
