Review on 📶 TruConnect 2200 Prepaid Mobile Hotspot: Stay Connected Anytime, Anywhere by Keith Montague

I recently bought this here. When I tried to activate it, it was already in use or not available. I sent it back, just couldn't get it to work. I wanted to try one, so I went to this company's website and ordered one. I received it after a while and this time it activated quickly. It works, it's not the fastest thing in the world, but it's ok if you're not in a hurry. The only thing missing here is customer support. Your website has a form that needs to be filled out for customer service. Since there's no info on how it fills up or tops up after you start running low, I wanted to know what the billing is like. I know you need a credit card for automatic top-up. I can log in and see how many megabytes I'm using while I'm at it. Would like to give more stars. As their customer support improves I will come back and add stars and update this. UPDATE, today is December 30th, 2015. He hasn't been connected to the internet for about 2 weeks. I was finally able to call customer support on my cell phone. I've talked to them for 45 minutes so far. It still doesn't connect to the internet. I have a hard time understanding her assistant. From what I've read on social media, a lot of people have this problem. I am now frustrated with this case. I don't want to spend hours trying to get this to work. My rating has changed from 3 stars to 1.
