I like that their platform can do so many things! It's not limited to only one thing or niche market; it is able reach any industry where AI/ML could be beneficial. Their support staff doesn't have enough resources in order help get my query resolved quickly - but i understand they're growing rapidly right now (as are we!). We were trying out different tools within our tech stack before deciding between them all. In terms of price point etc there was no clear winner as both came very closely placed into budget consideration. Currently using Dataiku which has been quite successful at what they set themselves up originally doing -- however do look elsewhere if you wish more comprehensive capabilities e..g data scraping /etc I like the way the chatbots can interact with each other and learn from each other.It's easy to use and has a good UI. It was a difficult to find a good demo that matched the scope of our project. Try to learn about the product itself and the company. They have a great team and are always open to feedback and suggestions. I have used it for my team to build a chatbot to connect with our customers.
