I only used the DVD player, I didn't use other functions. The DVD player is so quiet you won't even notice it. After the DVD player has been on for more than 20 minutes it will go into sleep mode and cause a crash freezing on the screen and the only way to continue playing DVD is to close the main window which takes about 2 -3 takes minutes. To continue playing a DVD, you must eject the DVD and close the slot again. Also, the eject button on the DVD player doesn't work, you need to eject the DVD from the main window. I have an Apple computer so QuickTime player is the only option for me which is very limited. Overall the DVD player works as advertised, it is very compact and quiet and could undoubtedly be improved.
