They were very helpful in navigating our account setup process for Medallia - they walked us through every step to ensure that we had everything set up properly once it was live! I would highly recommend working with them if you want your engagement software fully integrated into Salesforce (or another CRM). We are using their API integration solution which has been great so far but there is always some sort out testing/integration work involved when switching over from one vendor's toolset vs ours. The benefits include being able to quickly move things around as needed without having to re-create fields or create new ones each time an additonal provider comes online at my organization; also helps me keep track easily across all different accounts since its built directly within sales force orgs instead of going via third party tools like Zapier etc..
