I like that it's easy to use, has all the features we need, and allows me to customize as needed. It does what it needs to do very well without unnecessary frills or bells and whistles. There really isn't anything negative about using this software. If you are looking for a simple but powerful e-commerce platform with robust shopping cart capabilities, then look no further than Merchant. Their customer service team was extremely helpful in answering my questions when setting up this software. They were able to get it set up so quickly once their support staff reviewed my request/project details.
