Great product best in my review

Ordered these for macaroons and cookies, but I also use them to line the bottom of pans when making sticky/messy dishes (like sticky wings or bbq in the oven). They work like a charm and make clean up a breeze. The only issue I have with them is that they are really hard to get all the oils off with with just one good wash. I usually have to wash them, let them dry, and wash them a second time because they are still very oily. I would still recommend them, plus the price is amazing compared to the $20 something they wanted at BBB for one single sheet.

They have a non-slip bottom that keeps them securely in place while baking

Cons

The mats may become discolored if exposed to direct sunlight
