Works very easily
My rims weren't too dirty but I sprayed it on, let it sit for 15 seconds and wiped it off. the rim turned out great. Can't say the rims were overly dirty or caked up, but for regular brake dust and road grime it seemed to work fine. I've driven almost 800 km since the last rim cleaning.
