The ability to manage all of our clients' accounts in one place, which makes it easier for us as we can see what needs attention from multiple angles at once (financial/operational). It's not easy when you have so many different types of customers with their own unique requirements! We are able solve some problems but there still remain others where this product does nothing more than make things harder - sometimes impossible even!! Take your time getting used to how everything works before making any decisions about whether or not using MTC will be beneficial for your organization; if anything I would say give them another chance because they do listen very well after giving feedback like yours :) Manage client billing across several countries & territories within an organisationMariana has allowed me access into my customer data easily allowing quick fixes without having to wait days / weeks etc..
