I was lucky enough to get a $50 coupon for this. At $110, it's cheaper than an entry-level carrying cable. Just touch up quickly with the yellow pad and turtle wax and you're done. No wonder he was able to get rid of the eddies easily. So far, so good. The lack of a cable is definitely a plus for convenience. I can't say anything about the battery life yet. The ergonomics are pretty good. I can let the weight of the machine do most of the work and get pretty good results. For deeper defects, I still go back to my rotary machine and contact DA. This may be my choice for a medium correction engine and/or single step correction.
