Prefer 90 Bolt to Rack 'Em

Had a Rack 'Em tire mount, didn't like the 45 degree bar the tire sat on and the mount screw was too small. This mount works for me by adding a piece of PVC tubing to take off the extra length of the screw so I don't have to thread it as far.
