Block not deep enough. Well below ankle height. Even if the water level is below the "maximum waterline" any movement will result in an overflow. The water gets too hot long before the soak is complete. NO HEAT CONTROL. Can only turn off bubbles and heating with one switch. "Footing" below are good but they don't stay in place, they float out of position when you lift your leg. Then you have to go underwater and change your position! So I went back very disappointed and read the comments I had read before. I don't understand how anyone can be satisfied with this product. Sorry, but my honest assessment!
