Great knife for amateurs

Have been using this knife for about a year. This is a very good knife with a great grip, weight and blade. There are more expensive knives with better features, but this one is very good for me in the middle of the price range and features. A word of caution, this will require some maintenance on your part (should not be left to soak in the sink overnight. Wash immediately after each use). I would advise against being dishwasher safe as the handle is very nice wood which may not be dishwasher safe.
