Review on 🧶 ChiaoGoo Red Lace 32-inch Circular Stainless Steel Knitting Needle; US 10 (6mm) 7032-10 by Carrie Spencer

I'm a big fan of ChiaoGoo Red Openwork needles. However, the size 10 booklets I bought from iCraft Supplies were crumpled - definitely NOT NEW despite the box description saying they were new. I used it once to make a small baby blanket. On my second project, the red string came off the steel part of the needle unevenly, scratching my fingertips so badly they bled. On top of that, all the complicated hard work I've knitted so far has been for nothing as the stitches got lost in the middle of knitting and the project got tangled due to breaks. Of course the return window is closed so there is nothing Revain can do, so I emailed iCraft Supplies. Update: I received a very quick reply to my email from iCraft Supplies. Since they couldn't provide a replacement, they refunded me for the broken needle. I definitely feel better buying from them again because of their customer service. In my opinion, red ChiaoGoo point needles are great for knitting because the steel needles help the stitches slide easily as you work, and the red point has no memory so it doesn't twist or twist. But check the received goods carefully. If it arrives dented, damaged, or looks worn, return it immediately.
