Review on Merchandising Cloud by Sam Simone

I like that they allow me access from anywhere with my phone or computer so i can get through orders without being at home base all day! The software is not user friendly for those who are inexperienced which makes it difficult when there's questions regarding how something should be done/entered etc.. It would definitely help if we had more support staff available during business hours as well because some of our issues arise after normal working hrs have passed but before someone gets back online (after midnight).
