I love the feeling of connecting my body with my hands! It's also very good for keeping your arms relaxed and letting your shoulders and body do the work. It has helped me with my posture and I think it could be a real eye opener for those looking to improve and connect everything in their golf swing! I would recommend this to a golfer of any level. The only downside I would say is that the clips don't hold the straps like they should on the arms. A bit disappointing but overall a good product and solid concept!
