Review on External Portable Reader Transfer Desktop by Victor Garro

Revain's product description states that the product is supported on Windows 10. Windows 10 does not recognize this device as an external CD/DVD/Blue Ray drive. The device shows up in Device Manager as an external storage device, not CD/DVD/Blue Ray. The drive does not show up in Disk Management with an assigned drive letter. The product will not play in any of several DVD player programs, including VLC. After updating all relevant Windows drivers from Microsoft Update, I tried checking the manufacturer's website for updated drivers, but no firmware/file downloads are available on the manufacturer's website. There is no contact information for technical support on the network.
