I like that it is easy to use,it's not too complicated for newbies but also has some advanced features if you need them. It does take sometime to get used to everything as there isn't much training available or support. But once you've got your head around it, it really helps with keeping track of all orders across multiple channels (and customers). The reporting/dashboard side could do with more options - maybe even an API? Also, it would be great to see how many emails we send out compared to phone calls! We can now keep tabs on order status from any channel.
