Review on 6 Pack Compatible Filters Measure Dishwashable by Brandi Williams

Glad to stumble across them, I just couldn't pay more than double for OEM filters. I've run 3 pots through one of them and can't tell the difference from the OEM, it tastes great! Although I already use filtered water in my car. I didn't see what they were made of at first, but if you scroll down the list you can see their composition, it should be layered and not just a bag of charcoal. Well I cut one open and as far as I can see it's a non-woven outer, no layers of foam like the listing, with fine grain charcoal and a few tiny gray beads. I shared photos of dry cutting. Photos by wet - OEM. You can see how a thin layer of black foam sits between the two white layers, while the flat surface has a thicker layer of white. It is filled with the same filler but even finer ground charcoal and the same gray balls. I give 1 star because the list is misleading. But 5 stars for the taste as I don't see any difference.
