that I should have paid attention to other reviews. I've had the same device for 2 years with no errors but the battery started to drain so I replaced the battery first but got the same issue where the device wouldn't charge and realized it contained a battery. I bought the exact same WiFi device, thinking I'd have the same hassle-free experience. Just 30 minutes after setup and use. We had the same issue when trying to charge the battery which wouldn't charge or realized it had a battery. Replaced the battery with a new one, same problem. Returned!
