Great for peace of mind for our new fountain. The results took a little longer than expected based on the wording in the listing and the reviews. It took almost three weeks from the date we sent it to get the results. Strangely, all testing completed, but the report wasn't released until I called to find out. Also, the bacterial test isn't done clinically, just a homemade test that you have to incubate for three days under temperature-controlled conditions (I used the lowest fermentation settings in my Instant Pot). This test will only show if you have E. coli type bacteria such as B. faecal coliform bacteria and E. coli. if. These bacteria can be harmful when present, so this is a good test. but these aren't the ONLY waterborne bacteria that could be a cause for concern. Given the price of these tests and knowing personally how easy identification is in a clinical setting, I think they should provide more information about bacterial contamination. and a parasite too!
