READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and you will be VERY satisfied.

This is my second purchase of this product. IMPORTANT. Read the instructions completely. I didn't get it right the first time and had to retest to make sure the results were correct. I like the simplicity and the fairly quick turnaround time. The lab report is easy to read and includes links for further interpretation. I received several replies from their customer support and was generally impressed. A small business in a small town and I'm happy to support them. Full disclosure, their parentโ€ฆ

Good but no microbial analysis

Great for peace of mind for our new fountain. The results took a little longer than expected based on the wording in the listing and the reviews. It took almost three weeks from the date we sent it to get the results. Strangely, all testing completed, but the report wasn't released until I called to find out. Also, the bacterial test isn't done clinically, just a homemade test that you have to incubate for three days under temperature-controlled conditions (I used the lowest fermentationโ€ฆ

It's easy to take and submit the test, it took me 22 days to get the results and then I didn't know what to do.

UPDATE I emailed the company asking for help and Ryan emailed me asking me to call him. I called Ryan and spoke to him for over 30 minutes. He walked me through my report, telling me line by line how to interpret my results, what to worry about and what not to worry about. when he didn't know. (I asked him if salt-free water softeners were worth it. He said he didn't do any research.) A softener might be good for a few good reasons, but it's not strictly necessary. He told me to check my wellโ€ฆ
