UPDATE I emailed the company asking for help and Ryan emailed me asking me to call him. I called Ryan and spoke to him for over 30 minutes. He walked me through my report, telling me line by line how to interpret my results, what to worry about and what not to worry about. when he didn't know. (I asked him if salt-free water softeners were worth it. He said he didn't do any research.) A softener might be good for a few good reasons, but it's not strictly necessary. He told me to check my well for bacteria every two months and overall it was very helpful. He never once left me alone on the phone and told me to call him back at the end if I had any questions. With that experience, this test was worth every penny. ORIGINAL 2 star review Yes they provide the report - in my case in about 22 days. It gives you a report with colored icons - I didn't have any red ones but there were a few yellow ones. Now I'm not sure what to do next and what filtering would be best for my problems.
