Very soft and warm - true to size!
The coat looked like the picture. It was soft and warm. It definitely doesn't feel "weatherproof" as my daughter wore it in the snow and it got a bit wet on the outside. However, it did keep her really warm on an unexpectedly snowy day in Vegas! I probably should have taken a larger size to possibly have another winter season.
