This peeler is very easy to use. It just works. I used to cut tomatoes for sandwiches and I always had to cut off the top piece of the tomato and eat it separately to avoid wasting food. Normally I would either cut off the stem or just eat around it. Now I can core 5 tomatoes for tomato sauce in less than 10 seconds or take 2 seconds to remove the stem from a tomato and use it all for sandwiches. Press on it, pinch the tips and pull it out. It's that simple and works great. I've used it to remove eyes from potatoes and stalks from apples, tomatoes, strawberries and pears.
