First Review 5/27/21? I have several separate laptop stands that can be adjusted and tilted to accommodate a laptop. This pair of coasters is small, light weight and portable while other coasters I own are bulky and heavy in comparison. The stands are attached to the back of the laptop with 3M adhesive strips. When closed, they don't bother you, but this means the laptop sits slightly at an angle. Open them and the laptop is now at a comfortable angle, with the screen also off the table. The kit includes two small strips of anti-slip tape that can be attached to the front edge of the laptop to help the laptop stay in place. Pros: - Compact - Easy to install - Easy to set up - Good solid construction - Light weight Cons: - Legs are stable on a flat, hard surface, but can easily break on soft surfaces that allow the laptop to rock backwards - Contact retractable legs aren't too sharp, but they're thin and metallic, so a wooden table can get scratched or dented. I connected them to my main laptop. I recommend these coasters.
