Bought, installed, works great. About 2 months later, the power went out in our area. When power was restored, this item was no longer connected to my modem. I followed all the instructions and couldn't connect it. I contacted Netgear support and they were INVALID. Their priority was to SELL me a Netgear support plan. In the end I gave up and bought an extension cord from another company. I will never buy Netgear again. My final downfall is that I couldn't return this extension as I've had it for over 2 months. I'm just stuck with something I'm not using.
