This is the crowning glory of your sous vide system. This lid fits perfectly in a 12 gallon Rubbermaid container and its cutout fits both Anova and Kitchen Gizmo immersion thermostats. It keeps the hot water from evaporating and also allows you to hang your grocery bag on the side if you wish, with the lid holding it in place.
