Very good pulley. Smokeless pump with air conditioning, PS Type 1 pump (Cardone 20-6801) with pressure V-belt pulley, without keyway. The problem was the alignment of the pulley with the V-belt. The billet 86420 pulley's V-channel orientation is designed to be placed much closer to the pump, terminating 1" farther from the fan pulley and crank pulley. However, it should be suitable for most Type 350 applications. Contact Billet Specialties for information on the specific applications it will work with. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a direct replacement with exact dimensions, except at a junkyard. I found a site that showed they have one, but it was only 2.5" in diameter and the OEM product was 5.8" OD. Be sure to use smaller diameter pulleys, they may fit, but due to the small diameter, the pump spins much faster, which can cause PS fluid cavitation.
