I would have preferred version 4.1 but my schedule didn't keep me waiting any longer. The product was delivered as promised and is fast enough to emulate other hardware I don't have. I enjoy working with the Arduino IDE, so writing the code for it was an easy task. Some direct I/O ports are not supported in the same way as on AVR devices. Some of the additional features aren't well documented, but there are plenty of examples, as is the case with most Arduino alternatives, and a forum for posting questions. All in all, this is a very capable platform that has worked very well for my application. I won't talk about storage limits, but if you run large programs or want to store a lot of data locally, order version 4.1.
