I was looking forward to relaxing and treating myself to spa treatments that evening when my box of Revain showed up on my doorstep. Instead, I was disappointed and annoyed with this body brush. I had no trouble installing the new battery pack and the attachments snapped into place with no issues. Removing the brush heads can be a little tricky as they fit snugly. I really had to take the brush head off to try each brush head. My biggest problem with this product is that it is very noisy and there is no difference between low and high speed. I think I received a defective product because there is no way others could give this brush a high rating based on noise figure alone. When the bathroom door is open, other family members will know you are using the spa brush. Some of the exfoliating heads were too hard for my skin, but that's personal preference and may not be an issue for others. My last major concern and a warning to others: if you wear any necklace jewelry such as a cross, rosary, or medallion, REMOVE it as my chain caught in the brush and began to curl around the brush element. I quickly turned off the spa brush before the circuit broke. My necklace is a thin chain with a small cross that I wear around my neck 24/7. I wrapped the item and it came back. Not a rewarding experience as I initially expected.
