It has lots of useful metrics built in including all standard financial reporting needs as well so it definitely makes sense that they would implement RQM if nothing else! I wish there were more training material available outside just reading from documentation but this is typical when companies acquire software such us with an acquisition. There are some very helpful staff members/trainers though who respond within 24 hours or less which helps get you going quickly. With other systems we had previously used QMS did not have the flexibility needed where our EMR provider gave different fields names than previous system providers (exacerbated by their poor translation). That really added time into getting something up running smoothly after taking over at one org then another later down the road since switching was much harder without any way around using custom mapping tables until final release date rolled out. We now use these results to compare hospitals and payors across multiple geographic locations along side CMS survey responses plus internal reviews also done through MCOs etc Easy interface once you get used to it. The ability to view metrics specific to your department is very helpful. Some of the reports are difficult to read. I think they could improve the font size so it’s easier to read. We have been able to streamline our process by using QM. It has allowed us to have more time to spend with patients.
