Excellent tool for those who need their personal and professional data together

The best thing about this is that it gives me all of my information at one place which helps save time as well since I do not have to search around or use different applications or websites in order to get everything done right! It really does help you with your business by saving lots more money than just using an application like mine because they are able to gather info from other sites without having access to them. There isn't anything too bad but maybe if there was something new added…

Great tool for hospital performance management

It has lots of useful metrics built in including all standard financial reporting needs as well so it definitely makes sense that they would implement RQM if nothing else! I wish there were more training material available outside just reading from documentation but this is typical when companies acquire software such us with an acquisition. There are some very helpful staff members/trainers though who respond within 24 hours or less which helps get you going quickly. With other systems we had…

Easy to learn, simple yet very powerful reporting for ITIL

The tool is easy enought that anyone can use it without any training or specific experience in QMSs software tools like this one! You do not need tons of time and effort just get started with an overview version first; make sure you understand how everything works before going live (or even using some other features). It's great if your organization has people who are familiar/experienced at running reports but also have someone able run them from another location while they're out sick etc…

Pros
  • The ability to use it on any internet enabled device is great, especially when we want to do work outside of work and can't make that work happen
Cons
  • It could be even more user friendly; it's easy but there is a learning curve in the system and it would be wonderful if there was a way to get more training or information easily to explain how it all
