Easy to learn, simple yet very powerful reporting for ITIL
The tool is easy enought that anyone can use it without any training or specific experience in QMSs software tools like this one! You do not need tons of time and effort just get started with an overview version first; make sure you understand how everything works before going live (or even using some other features). It's great if your organization has people who are familiar/experienced at running reports but also have someone able run them from another location while they're out sick etc.. This way we don't lose our flow when there isn’ts much action happening around us because everyone needs access too all functions - which allows more work gets done overall as well since no single person could be solely responsible fo keeping up wth things during busy times.
- The ability to use it on any internet enabled device is great, especially when we want to do work outside of work and can't make that work happen
- It could be even more user friendly; it's easy but there is a learning curve in the system and it would be wonderful if there was a way to get more training or information easily to explain how it all
