Working out with dumbells, and barbells, etc. is ok, but changing out the weights can be a bit of a bore. We bought these to replace the couplings that came with our weight sets. These are soooo easy to clamp on and off and don't slip at all. I'll probably order some more! Working out is really beneficial to everyone. for stress, pandemics, and yes, civil unrest. I highly recommend it.
