Review on Improve Your Balance And Mobility With AIREX Balance Pad - Premium Stability Trainer For Fitness, Physical Therapy And Rehabilitation by Dean Wildfang

Revainrating 5 out of 5

perfect for the desired use

I was using a balance pad like this at physical therapy and liked the effect it was having, so I looked at ones available on revain. It took a little searching to find the size I wanted (I think it is something like 19" x 16"). Smaller ones come up more easily. But I finally found it and bought it. It is exactly like the one I was using at PT. It is a good size - smaller definitely would not have been sufficient - and seems to be durable. I've been using it for close to 2 months, sometimes in slippers and sometimes in shoes (sneakers), and it shows no sign of wear. (I am only about 111 pounds, which I expect has a bearing on this fact.) It also still appears to be as clean as on the first day, even though I have been using it in an area where it would easily pick up food debris - particularly cat food debris. The foam is very dense and doesn't look like it would absorb anything without the user really working at it or submerging it in liquid for a length of time. I put it on a sheet of non-slip material, which I believe was designed to be used with throw rugs, and it has never slipped even a little, despite the fact that I use it on hard flooring - linoleum, mostly. I'm very glad I bought this.

Pros
  • Portable and Lightweight: The AIREX Balance Pad's lightweight nature makes it easy to carry around and use on the go, making it the perfect training companion for individuals who are always on the move. It can be easily transported from one place to another and is suitable for use in the gym, park, or in the comfort of your home
Cons
  • Can be too firm for certain users
