Review on Neuron Soundware by Mark Cole

I am very happy with this product! It's been great for detecting issues that may arise after my customers have left our facility or returned from an extended hiatus between service visits/product changes (i'm talking 2-3 years). This has enabled us not only find problems before they become big ones but also get feedback so adjustments can be implemented as soon as possible - minimizing downtime costs both ours AND theirs!! The customer support is fantastic too. Definitely recommend it if you're looking at machine health monitoring software options out there today!!
