The title pretty much sums it up. I installed this in our conference table which is connected to a projector. You connect a computer across it, it appears as another monitor in the display settings, but the projector still shows no signal. I tried expanding and duplicating the display and neither worked. I unplugged the cable at the bottom (the cable that goes to the projector) and plugged it directly into the computer and the video goes straight and displays correctly. The first one I bought did and I assumed it was just defective. I ordered another one and sent the first one back. The replacement does the same. I sent the second one back and will go with something else.
