Difficult to read fractions

I saw an ad for Huepar laser levels and need to replace mine. and buy a laser level. This gauge appears to be well made. It will take some time to get used to how the features work. Nice packaging, wrist strap, pouch with belt loop, USB cable and plastic target for long distances or reflective surfaces. calibrate the block. At 10 feet it was 1/16 inch. A few disappointments are that unless you're in a well-lit office, fractions are nearly impossible to read. In the field it is very easy to confuse 7/8 with 1/8. See my attached picture. Because of this, I now always have to use inches with decimal places. My second complaint is that while it does have a USB port, it's only for charging. My last digital meter was able to connect to the computer. and transfer the current measurements to a table. Although this device has memory, you must press and hold the memory button to save the measurements. That's good, but you should also be able to scroll through the measurements you've already taken. When you take the 5th measurement, the first one is missing and there is no way to scroll to see it. I would recommend this digital meter if you can live with its shortcomings.
