I have the older 23 AWG Cat6 from Monoprice, but I'm assuming the new materials are the same outside diameter (5.98-6.01mm). It's a bit snug, but that's what you want. That's not how you slip. I measured the inner diameter of the boot and it is 5.77mm. It wasn't perfectly round, so it was slightly larger on one side, closer to 5.95. When fully round it appears to be around 5.96mm as it sits quite snugly on my 6mm cable. It's quite soft, so it was difficult to get the perfect measurement without stretching. I used these RJ45 ends (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TT7WSP2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and they fit perfectly. I wish they went in a little deeper, but it should be fine. I hope this helps you determine if it fits your cable.
