It works fine now...
I had to purchase a BluRay license to remove the watermark from the screen when I play a movie. Paid $40 for a license to play Blu-ray discs on a player. This problem does not exist with DVD or CD. Since then, everything has worked flawlessly and the Blu-ray, DVD and CD sound great to me. The quality suits me!
