Review on Search Insights by Eric Ramen

The ease of use is great! I can run reports in minutes that would have taken me hours before using this tool. There are many different ways you can do things within it which makes setting up new workflows very easy. It's also really powerful for pulling together lots of information into one place so if anyone wants to dig deeper they always will be able to easily see what other people did or didn't know about your business/website etc. Reporting isn't too user friendly at times but when working closely we've been solving those problems quickly by reaching out via support channel (email) - usually solved pretty quick after explaining our issue. We're looking forward to seeing how the platform develops over time because right now there aren't any features available yet that haven't already been implemented internally. As mentioned above reporting could be improved and some functions need tweaking but overall its an incredible product once set up correctly.
