Product should be better
Easy to install. Just plug it in and you're good. It was amazing value for money until I had to return it twice in the first 30 days of use due to a bug. I would definitely say that it is not durable. Customer service is good and they offer a lifetime guarantee but how many times have I had to return it before I got a good one. Only time will tell I think
