2-piece USB fan won't turn on when first turned on or after a power outage. I was hoping to use it in a sealed case that would turn on when the computer was turned on. activated, but must be activated manually each time. It's fairly quiet and seems to move a decent amount of air, but won't turn on after a power outage, making this product useless to me and invalidating many use cases for it. Fan. (Edit) I ended up soldering the leads onto the button as shown, which will automatically start the fans in high mode once power is applied. I've now connected it to my computer and it cools the desk case it's in perfectly.
