NOT waterproof, poor design, doesn't last long
This collar was great. Until he got wet in a little rain. It's not remotely waterproof. It gives the illusion of water resistance by having a rubber cover (which breaks easily) over the charging port. There is not even a rubber seal between the screwed plastic parts that house the battery and circuit board. Incredible disdain for a "waterproof" item. Don't waste money. Very disappointed with this product which only lasted a few months.
