Review on 🍳 GreenPan Prime Midnight Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet Set, Black, 8-Inch and 10-Inch by Dustin Mitchell

I've had this pan for about a month now. Before I use it, I read every word in the instructions for use. I was surprised to read that you shouldn't use it on high heat and even more surprised to read that you should never use olive oil in it. Other oils and butters are fine, but not olive oil. I followed all the instructions and everything I cooked turned out perfect. My skillet still looks new and beautiful. My husband and I did a lot of research on non-stick pans before deciding to use these as a replacement for our 12-inch Teflon-coated pan. One thing we found out was that no matter what type of pan you buy, the nonstick portion of the pan only lasts about two years. It was a little disappointing but we also found that the ceramic lasted longer. We will see. I definitely recommend this pan.
