I've had this pan for about a month now. Before I use it, I read every word in the instructions for use. I was surprised to read that you shouldn't use it on high heat and even more surprised to read that you should never use olive oil in it. Other oils and butters are fine, but not olive oil. I would not recommend buying this item. I have the green version and I'm pretty sure it's the same formula, just green instead of black. They say there's a lifetime warranty, albeit a limited one, but what they don't tell you is that it doesn't cover the cover (which is basically the whole pan, and why would you even want to buy one).
